Spectacular private island with castle and perimeter wall, in the El Burguillo reservoir (Ávila). The land has a registered area of 13,307 m2 and 288 m2 for the building. The island has three accesses to the private beaches and the pier, plantation of fruit trees, pine trees, and vineyards. Along its trails you can contemplate the unique and privileged landscapes of the Iruelas Valley, a Special Protection Area for Birds, where black vultures nest among many other species.
