Charming, completely renovated house in the pedestrianised area of Badalona (Barcelona).

When I visited this beautiful 4-bedroom house at the invitation of the owners, I was fascinated by the space, the distribution of the rooms, the good quality of the materials used in the complete renovation and the charismatic environment. It is located 300 metres from the Town Hall, two streets from ‘Calle del Mar’ (pedestrian street with all type of shops), in a very quiet street with a soul and services of all kinds: shops, city market, schools, metro, train, buses... And the beach is only 2 minutes away! Everything on foot, the location is unbeatable, you can live a village life with the advantages of a big city and connected to the centre of Barcelona just 20 minutes by metro or train. 5 minutes from the C-31 and 10 minutes from the B-20, both free motorways to Barcelona and along the beaches of the northern coast of Barcelona.

This house has been completely renovated, not only in what you can see, but also the entire installation of plumbing-water, drains, sewerage on the street, electrical and gas installation, beams and even the roof. This house has been practically rebuilt.

- We enter from the street directly into the entrance hall on the ground floor. Here we have the 58 m² equipped kitchen open to the side, the dining room and then the large living room with space for large sofas. The high ceilings of 3.5 metres are a highlight. There is also a practical guest toilet on this floor. From the living room we have access to the patio of the house, a multipurpose space that we can use to put a table and even a barbecue or convert it into a space for sports and storage of bicycles, scooters, etc...
-On the first floor, also of 58 m², we have a standard single room, another single room larger than usual and a large double room with dressing room, all exterior and very bright. The complete bathroom with bathtub is located in the corridor, so every centimetre has been used. From the single rooms we have access to a terrace over our own patio with electricity and water connection, should you wish to set up an outdoor laundry room.
-We continue to the second floor. We climb a modern and comfortable staircase that gives access to a loft of 30 m² with high ceilings. This room offers many possibilities to do anything you want because it is so open and spacious. It could be a suite-type room as it has its own bathroom with shower, although in reality it is much more.... it is our private floor as there is enough space for a large bed of 2 x 2m (king size), a dressing room or wardrobes and we can also have a second room with sofas, TV, reading space or whatever we can imagine. On this floor there is a lovely south-facing sun terrace. Here you can enjoy the sunshine without prying eyes from neighbours.
