It is a single floor open concept with 2 large bedrooms with ample built-in wardrobes and the possibility of having a total of 5 bedrooms, a large living room, a kitchen and a complete bathroom. All rooms (except one) are exterior facing and receive natural light.
Modern techniques were used for the reconstruction and rehabilitation, such as covering the entire surface with a 2cm diameter steel mesh, reinforcing the entire surface with shotcrete.
