The heating of the house is electric. All the windows in the apartment have been recently changed, they are double glazed, with a thermal break and double glass, so they isolate very well from the cold and noise. This cozy apartment provides security, since the main door is armored, the rest of the doors are made of wood and have been restored, the floors of the house are made of stoneware.
Both property and electricity from it are in good condition, as it has been renovated.
The orientation of the house is the best, Northeast and Southwest, so we have sunlight throughout the day in both parts of the building and in all its rooms. In addition, as we have commented before, due to the situation where it is located we have spectacular views. The structure of the house is plastered both inside and outside, so it is well insulated.
The area we are in is very quiet, we have good access to it. We would reach the center of León in less than 10 minutes by car and less than 30 minutes on foot. It is very close to the Hospital de León, it would be a 10 minute walk.
It has transport services, with an urban bus stop just off the street, supermarkets, schools and institutes within a radius of 3Km.
